New Arrival at MAPA Turbines: SGT-800 Combustors We’re excited to share that MAPA Turbines has just taken delivery of two SGT-800 combustors, highly engineered components. Pending rating, the SGT-800’s are capable to deliver between 45–62 MW(e). These annular combustors were sent to us for a full condition assessment. The owner has tasked our team with verifying their integrity and operational health to help determine the best path forward: sale, re-use, or refurbishment. SGT-100 / Typhoon / RM Combustion Liners @ MAPA Turbines! ⚙️ These Nimonic 75 liners (6 per set), p/n RM21035 were sent to MAPA Turbine for cleaning, inspection and repair/re-coating. Though small in size, the repair philosophy mirrors that of larger turbines and restored to tight tolerances for reliable performance under extreme thermal and mechanical fatigue. Key services here included: TBC Coating, HFC Coating, 3D Inspection, Welding, Nimonic 75, Dye Check, Trial Fit & Flow Test.
