New Arrival at MAPA Turbines: SGT-800 Combustors
We’re excited to share that MAPA Turbines has just taken delivery of two SGT-800 combustors, highly engineered components. Pending rating, the SGT-800’s are capable to deliver between 45–62 MW(e).
These annular combustors were sent to us for a full condition assessment. The owner has tasked our team with verifying their integrity and operational health to help determine the best path forward: sale, re-use, or refurbishment.
We’ll keep you informed whilst our engineering and inspection teams will dive into evaluating potential repairs and coating solutions.
